Do I have to be a Washington state resident?
Where can I consume marijuana?
What are the purchase limits on cannabis products?
Adults age 21 and over can purchase:
- One ounce of useable cannabis;
- Sixteen ounces of cannabis-infused product meant to be eaten or swallowed in solid form;
- Seven grams of cannabis-infused extract or cannabis concentrate for inhalation;
- Seventy-two ounces of cannabis-infused product in liquid form for oral ingestion or applied topically to the skin;
- Ten units of a cannabis-infused product otherwise taken into the body.
Can I be charged with a DUI for marijuana use?
It is illegal to drive under the influence of marijuana. Doing so may result in significant legal penalties.
Can I transport marijuana to other states?
No. Cannabis purchased in the state of Washington must be consumed in the state of Washington.
Can I resell the marijuana I purchase?
No. Only state licensed retailers may sell cannabis products in Washington.
Do you accept debit or credit cards?
We currently accept cash and debit cards, but not credit cards. ATMs are available at each store for cash withdrawals.
May I bring my children into the store with me?
No. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to be on the premises at any time.
Can I consume marijuana that I purchase at the store?
No. Cannabis cannot be opened or consumed while on store property. Cannabis can only be consumed on private property out of view of the public.
Does Commencement Bay Cannabis allow returns for products?
In the event of a defective cartridge, we allow cartridges to be returned for an exchange within 1 week of purchase. The original receipt and packaging must accompany the returned product. No other product returns are accepted.
Do you price match?
Yes. We will price match any competitor in Pierce or King County with proof of a competitor’s valid price.
