How do I see my available rewards?
We make it easy for you to always know your rewards balance with our digital wallet and app! We also drop in special discounts every now and then, and for special occasions (like your birthday!), so the app will help you save money.
If you don’t have the app, you can always ask your budtender about your points and available rewards when you’re in the store. But the app definitely puts you in control, so you always know your rewards balance.
What's the rewards wallet/app?
The rewards app gives you easy access to your rewards, purchase history, and member communications, as well as the ability to shop online. You can also easily update your profile information in the app.
How do I redeem rewards?
When you reach a reward level, you can redeem your rewards in your online shopping cart or at checkout in the store. Simply let your budtender know you have rewards you’d like to use.
Do my rewards expire?
As long as you shop at one of our stores at least once per year, your earned points will not expire.
Other special rewards, such as additional discounts, have expirations clearly noted in the wallet.
Can I opt out of text messages?
You’ll automatically be signed up to receive occasional messages from CBC about special promotions or events, but if you prefer, you can opt out of messaging at any time and still be a part of The Inner Circle and enjoy the benefits.
